Choosing the source of your frozen food for your bird of prey or reptile is very important and we are so confident in the quality of this product which we use for our Common Snapping Turtle that we provide a guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your purchase on receipt that we will send you an immediate replacement order.

All our Frozen Day Old chicks are sent out in sealed specialized boxes, packed with dry ice, and delivered the next day by specialised couriers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the nature of this product we are only able to ship to mainland UK and all orders are despatched Monday to noon Thursday only.

This product is NOT for Human Consumption.

Unfortunately we can no-longer despatch frozen to the Scottish Highlands due to withdrawal of courier services.

PLEASE NOTE

Owing to the frozen nature of this product the courier will only attempt delivery once and it is the buyers responsibility to have someone available to accept delivery.

Frozen products will be destroyed if delivery fails and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.

This does not in any way affect our guarantee of quality of all frozen foods in circumstances where they are delivered successfully.
